Additional Information

Use the following steps to create the AdobeLic.zip file:

  1. In order to create the AdobeLic.zip file you will need to install Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) - Shared Device Licensing (SDL) on its own (create an installer bundle with just CCD selected and nothing else, you should notice the License Files are also included as part of the bundle when you select SDL)

  2. After you have installed CCD on your test machine, navigate to C:\ProgramData\Adobe

  3. Hold down the CTRL key and select the following directories:
    * Certificates
    * LicensingToolkit
    * OperatingConfigs

    Then right-click on one of the above-mentioned directories and click Send To | Compressed (zipped) folder

  4. Re-name the newly created .zip folder to AdobeLic.zip

  5. Upload AdobeLic.zip to AppsAnywhere Automated App Licensing

Please follow these instructions exactly as described - DO NOT try to copy the 3 directories mentioned to another location first - they MUST be added to a zip using this method, otherwise not all the files are copied across
